Is your personal data transmitted to a third country?

However, in the event that your personal data is transferred to and processed by a service provider located in a third country, the processor must ensure it is protected through appropriate guarantees, such as the conclusion of standard data protection clauses or the EU-US Privacy Shield.

The following data will also be stored by us for the purpose of processing contracts: address data, clerical data, bank data, contact data, business transaction data. The data provided by you is required for the fulfilment of the contract and/or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. We cannot conclude a contract with you without this data. Data transmission to third parties does not take place, with the exception of the transmission of credit card data to the processing bank institutes/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company/shipping company commissioned by us for the delivery of the goods or to our accountant for the fulfilment of our tax obligations.

Following the completion of the purchasing/sale process, the data stored by us will be deleted. If a contract is concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the end of the statutory retention period (7 years). The data relating to the name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase are stored beyond this period until the end date of product liability (10 years). Data processing is carried out on the basis of the statutory provisions of Art. 96 Para. 3 Data Protection Act and Art. 6 Para. 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for contract fulfilment) of the GDPR.

We only store and process your data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the relevant purpose.

This website uses the Google Analytics service, which is provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) for the analysis of website usage by users. The service uses cookies, text files that are stored on your end device. The information collected by the cookies is usually sent to a Google server in the USA and stored there. This website uses IP anonymisation. The IP address of the user is shortened within the member states of the EU and the European Economic Area. This shortening means that your IP address does not refer to a specific person.
