The protection of your personal data is of particular importance to us. The following data will also be stored by us for the purpose of processing contracts: address data, clerical data, bank data, contact data, business transaction data. The data provided by you is required for the fulfilment of the contract and/or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. We cannot conclude a contract with you without this data. Data transmission to third parties does not take place, with the exception of the transmission of credit card data to the processing bank institutes/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company/shipping company commissioned by us for the delivery of the goods or to our accountant for the fulfilment of our tax obligations.
Following the completion of the purchasing/sale process, the data stored by us will be deleted. If a contract is concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the end of the statutory retention period (7 years). The data relating to the name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase are stored beyond this period until the end date of product liability (10 years). Data processing is carried out on the basis of the statutory provisions of Art. 96 Para. 3 Data Protection Act and Art. 6 Para. 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for contract fulfilment) of the GDPR.
We only store and process your data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the relevant purpose.
