The training takes three years.
Job description according to bmwfi:
- Complete tasks related to incoming and outgoing mail
- Produce accurate and correct written texts and documents in accordance with specifications
- Purchase and management stock (office materials, stationery, office furniture)
- Complete tasks associated with payment transactions
- Inform and advise customers
- Give sales talks
- Prepare orders (materials, goods and services)
- Monitor delivery deadlines and take action in case of delay
- Prepare and process subject-relevant forms and documents
- Preform administrative tasks using the in-house information and communication systems
- Work as part of a team on company bookkeeping and accounting
- Prepare, update and evaluate statistics, data and card indexes
