TRAINING - Business Administrator

The training takes three years.

Job description according to bmwfi:

  1. Complete tasks related to incoming and outgoing mail
  2. Produce accurate and correct written texts and documents in accordance with specifications
  3. Purchase and management stock (office materials, stationery, office furniture)
  4. Complete tasks associated with payment transactions
  5. Inform and advise customers
  6. Give sales talks
  7. Prepare orders (materials, goods and services)
  8. Monitor delivery deadlines and take action in case of delay
  9. Prepare and process subject-relevant forms and documents
  10. Preform administrative tasks using the in-house information and communication systems
  11. Work as part of a team on company bookkeeping and accounting
  12. Prepare, update and evaluate statistics, data and card indexes
